The Supreme and Nike collaboration domination continues with the latest installment - the Air Max 98.
Like all things subjective, you'll find that all types of people have a favorite edition of the Air Max, including the recent Air Max Zero.
Generally, the most popular versions of the Air Max are from 1995-2000. The Air Max 95, which can be seen in the post prior to this one, is probably the single Air Max silhouette that stands as both the cleanest look and the most popular of the bunch.
However, Supreme and Nike have combined to do what they always do - take the second or third most obvious collaboration opportunity instead of the easiest choice. The Air Max 95 would have broken the internet had it been the model of choice for a Supreme collaboration. Similar to what would have happened had Supreme gone with the Air Jordan 1 instead of the Air Jordan 5 last year.
No matter which Air Max is your favorite, Supreme and Nike made a winner. Hard to go wrong with two of the most established brands in their arenas. The Supreme take on the Air Max 98 is entirely Supreme in every way. We weren't able to get our hands on the popular "snakeskin" model and one of the other options looks just like the Air Jordan 11 low "Georgetown" retro from last year, so that left the red and black options. We hope you enjoy the red as much as we do.
