This summer saw Palace Skateboards step into the spotlight. The London-based brand has been a big timer on the skateboard scene for several years. Now, with several seasons of collaborations with adidas under their belt, they have added a new Reebok shoe that helped them take over.
The ad spots for the Reebok collab featured actor Jonah Hill. His presence and performance in the spots basically pushed Palace to a new level.
Now, the brand is well into the Autumn/Winter 2016 season. Their new pieces are selling out very quickly despite a price increase to match demand for their products.
Palace also dropped a new video with a very throwback vibe to capture some of the greatness of 1990s skateboarding.
The shoes were had to get, given the demand. There was an immediate sell out, but we were able to get in and grab one pair. It isn't an overstatement to say that these are some of the most comfortable sneakers in our rotation.
Another win for Palace and another win for Reebok.
